AT Perspectives: How Non-Personal Channels Can Enhance Human-Centered HCP Engagement

Q: What role should non-personal channels play in strengthening HCP relationships and field engagement?

A: Non-personal promotion works best when it informs and elevates personal engagement, functioning as two pieces of a whole. Digital behaviors such as clicks and content engagement give us valuable insight into HCP interests, questions, and readiness, helping us better understand what they need. When used thoughtfully, these signals can equip reps to have more relevant, human conversations and deliver the right follow-up or next step at the right time. In this way, non-personal channels become a listening tool that helps move us closer to true one-to-one engagement by making personal interactions more informed, more efficient, and ultimately more valuable for HCPs and our brand.
